     The campus services supervisor must be motivated, energetic, and able to work independently and prioritize assignments. This plays a crucial role in overseeing various aspects of supporting facilities in various aspects and guiding the team towards delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, students, staff, and other stakeholders. Work with the Department of Events to execute the assembly and disassembly as needed. Upload and download products on the event site and company software. Ensure that all areas are vacuumed and cleaned before and after every assembly.

    Proper care, movement, and storage of all equipment, such as tables, chairs, elevators, etc. Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers. Manage events and address potential issues that may arise, such as planning for potential scenarios that could affect the integrity of the event. Maintain a working knowledge of the complex needs of a wide variety of events. It consistently incorporates the features needed to drive the company's mission statement, vision, and core values.

     EXAMPLES ESSENTIAL TASKS
    • Assembly and dismantling of temporary structures.
    • Identify and locate the right products during the delivery process.
    • Ability to assemble and disassemble furniture, move furniture using multitasking and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Deliver and retrieve materials as packages and you must be able to work safely and complete the task promptly.
    • You must deliver flooring material and other items to all areas of campus.
    • Ability to drive and/or deliver golf carts to all areas of campus in a timely manner.
    • Ability to commit to regularly scheduled events and/or work orders.
    • Planning the details of the event, effective communication skills, friendly and courteous attitude, and professional appearance.
    • Ability to follow detailed instructions.
    • Time management will be required to record work inputs and outputs and take photographs of completed projects.
    • Possess skills in keeping records of packages, including but not limited to delivery notes, invoices, and other computer documents or files.
    • Must be able to work directly with customers.
    • Assist the campus service supervisor with each movement and/or project and work as a team, cooperate, and collaborate to ensure quality of service and customer satisfaction.
    • Ensures to greet and recognize each customer to make a positive first impression and maintain a solid knowledge in all aspects of customer service.
    • Able to communicate customer requests and feedback to management.
    • You must follow schedules and meet commitments.
    • Ability to manage time efficiently and to work both individually and as a team.
    • Possess good eye-hand coordination.
    • Ability to operate hand and power tools including but not limited to hammers, drills, ratchet sets, pressure washers, mobile platforms, hand trucks, pallet trucks, and any other moving equipment.
    • You must have a mechanical inclination, work well with your hands, and have common sense.
    • Availability to perform routine and repetitive tasks continuously.
    • Other duties assigned.

     KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
    • ​​​​​​​Considerable knowledge of standard safety equipment and safe driving methods applicable to varied types of vehicle operations and work areas
    • Report all accidents/incidents immediately
    • Communicate effectively, speak, read, and write English
    • Must have the use of sensory skills to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public through the use of the telephone and personal contact.
    • Ability to express ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, to groups and individuals
    • Ability to deal effectively and persuasively with employees, supervisors, vendors.
    • Knowledge of OSHA requirements, Safety measures
    • Ability to learn and follow corrective disciplinary processes.
      
    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
    • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish a must /Creole is an advantage but not required.
    • Valid Florida Driver’s license
    • 2 years of supervisor/ manager experience
     
    PHYSICAL DEMANDS 
    • Physical capability to effectively use and operate various items of office-related equipment, such as, but not limited to, computer, calculator, copier, etc.
    • Ability to lift, move, or carry 50 - 75 lbs. 
    • Some standing, walking, moving, climbing, carrying, bending, or kneeling
    • Some reaching, sitting, standing, pushing, pulling, crawling, and handling
    • Must be able to access a variety of work sites to perform duties 

    SUPERVISION RECEIVED: General supervision is received from the Area Manager and Director of Operations. Tasks are usually performed under little direct supervision allowing the use of independent judgment
