Position Overview:

As a Recruitment and Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and placing candidates in suitable roles while fostering strong partnerships with client companies. This multifaceted position requires a combination of sales acumen, relationship-building skills, and a passion for helping individuals achieve their career goals.

Responsibilities:

Conducting interviews with potential candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and suitability for available positions. Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements. - Building and maintaining relationships with client companies to understand their culture, values, and staffing demands. Negotiating contracts and agreements with client organizations for staffing services. Providing ongoing support and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to placement. Basic Data entry with attention to detail.

Qualifications:

-Diploma/GED

- Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the staffing industry.
