As a Scotlynn Recruiter you are responsible for identifying key players within the industry and building relationships with them. This is a high-profile position and will give you the opportunity to partner with top stakeholders in the company.
The Recruiter reports directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager and provides support, assistance, and follow-up on recruitment functions, assignments, and/or projects.
Primary Responsibilities
Full-cycle recruitment procedures: Job posting, fielding applicants, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting phone screens, following-up with candidates and hiring teams. Understanding the ongoing hiring needs of the business and establishing the right sourcing mix to generate a strong pool of talent for open roles
