Campus Security Director jobs in Dothan, AL
Campus Security Director directs and implements security and safety policies and procedures on campus. Manages the work activities of campus police and patrol units. Being a Campus Security Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a senior institutional officer. The Campus Security Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Campus Security Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Shift Type : Mon., Tues., Thurs. 5pm-5am
Pay rate : $13.45
We are looking for reliable concierge level security officers to provide outstanding service to one of our VIP clients.
You will be the first to meet with the public, tenants and their guests so the first impression of our company depends on your friendliness and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will be a smart and trustworthy individual able to provide customers with a warm greeting and handle all incoming requests.
You will be responsible for monitoring who comes in and out of the premises.
The goal is to contribute to an overall pleasant customer experience and safe environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome tenants, guests and vendors upon entrance and confirm access
- Act as the point of reference for guests who need assistance and attend to residents.
- Acquire extensive knowledge of the premises and the nearby venues and businesses to make the most suitable recommendations
- Respond to complaints and route to proper channels to assist with the appropriate solutions
- Will conduct foot and mobile patrols
Skills
- Experience in customer service or relevant role is an advantage
- Proficiency in english
