Cancer Treatment Center Director (Hosp. Op.) jobs in Riverside, CA

We are looking to hire a Program Director for our detox and residential treatment facility.

The Program Director supervises staff, while providing clinical and administrative leadership. Coordinates program activities and fiscal management. Assures that program complies with contract, licensing, certification, and other required standards. The program director is responsible for implementing the mission, vision, and goals of the organization.

 Requirements:

·  Previous Substance Abuse Treatment Experience

·  Experience with CARF and DHCS Standards and Regulations

·  Experience with Kipu

·  Experience managing and running a substance abuse program

 Duties:

We are looking to hire someone who can manage the operations and program of our detox and residential treatment program. This would include:

·  Overseeing the daily operation of the program and scheduling.

·  Supervision of employees ensuring documentation is completed in EHR in accordance with CARF and DHCS regulations

·  Overseeing completion of detoxification from nurses and physicians

·  Assuring daily tasks are completed by employees

·  Assisting with operational duties and maintaining facility upkeep

·  Assisting with interviewing and hiring potential candidates

·  Assisting Admissions Director on admissions process and assuring smooth discharge process

·  Additional Duties as assigned
