Cancer Treatment Center Director (Hosp. Op.) directs and oversees all activities of the hospital's cancer center. Responsible for developing new programs, outreach activities, and research opportunities. Being a Cancer Treatment Center Director (Hosp. Op.) implements and maintains hospital practices, procedures and objectives. Serves as liaison with all professional, administrative and support staff. Regional Sales Director

  • The Regional Director is responsible for maintaining and growing IPC’s membership and warehouse participation within a defined geographical region. This is accomplished through the sales and promotion of IPC’s value proposition, programs and services benefitting Independent Pharmacy. They must possess highly effective communication skills needed to establish and maintain relationships with pharmacy owners and staff. This includes utilizing reporting tools provided to achieve or exceed sales and gross profit objectives and related goals. RD’s may have additional responsibilities appropriate with experience level.

    Travel is estimated at 50%. Must live in Sacramento, Stockton or Modesto, CA areas.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Phone, Email, and in-person outreach to independent pharmacies to build a relationship of trust with pharmacy owners.
    • Schedule travel (hotel, air, and car) in an efficient manner, ensuring a high level of productivity while remaining consistent with the travel policy and budget.
    • Grow IPC Membership: Identify and solicit new GPO member opportunities by developing and maintaining relationships with independent pharmacy owners and employees in assigned geographic territory.
    • Member Retention. Visit or call IPC members to identify needs and recommend solutions. Update members on new programs and communicate value and performance under supply agreement (SA).
    • Develop and Maintain positive relationships with McKesson counterparts.
    • Be knowledgeable of Supplemental Supply Agreements (SSA) and how they impact members in their geographic regions.
    • Visit and call on leads and prospects to educate them on IPC program offers and member value. Work with Account Representative group to grow IPC affiliate membership.
    • Attend Regional Conferences and utilize the platform to educate prospects and members on the value of IPC. Stay abreast of upcoming events and identify contacts.
    • Complete weekly administrative tasks including entering expense reports in Concur and preparing weekly summaries that provide updates on regional activities.
    • Other duties as assigned by manager.

    Non-Essential Functions:

    • Stay abreast of industry trends by reading industry blogs and other relevant materials.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

    Preferred Requirements:

    • 5 or more years’ experience in B2B outside sales– preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting.
    • Proven track record of sales achievements and a consistent demonstration of teamwork.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
