Renewal by Andersen the leader in window and door replacement is seeking a dynamic and proven canvassing leader to manage and grow our business in Central Alabama.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING | THE ROLE

• Overseeing all canvass field activities, including training, role playing, field supervision and motivating team members
• Monitoring and coaching all team leads to ensure they are following proper procedures, scripts and customer service guidelines
• Has ability to master and effectively recite a script in the field and set appointments when needed as an example for the team
• Execute canvass strategies that help the region generate and develop leads via door-to-door activities
• Actively manage program launch through a combination of strategic staffing, training, planning, scheduling, and management of canvassing activities
• Develop immediate, short-term and long-term strategies for your market
• Lead the team leads of canvassers on planning and delivery of canvass activities and events that support objectives and go-to-market strategies within the market
• Creating annual budget with the sole purpose of generating qualified leads and appointments through canvassing efforts
• Coordinating and setting strategy for canvass logistics with mapping and tracking permit logistics, script and flyer maintenance, organizing field leads, verifying / validating leads gathered during each shift via proximity app
• Works closely with team leads daily to provide motivation and coaching to help them reach daily, weekly and monthly team goals
• In collaboration with team leads, create and develop the culture of the local canvassing team, through personal role modeling desired behaviors and techniques
• Deliver a world-class customer experience across each and every touchpoint
• Providing timely tracking and entering of marketing data into our database
• Providing daily updates to director of marketing
• Developing and training on advanced canvassing protocols and monitor quality of the leads, canvassers and adherence to the pitch

SKILLS:

• Requires 2 years of experience managing large teams
• Ability to perform in the field
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Excellent training and coaching skills
• Ability to think strategically, with strong leadership and project management skills, including attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to self-manage resources (time and budget) to achieve objectives
• Ability to analyze effectiveness of canvassing program and canvassing team
• Ability to understand the role of marketing communications, sales promotion and advertising
• Ability to develop a positive, self-motivated, upbeat culture and team
• Has data analytic skills and enjoys digging in to learn from trends
• Is willing and able to set appointments, walk with and coach new team leads in the field
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PPT a Bonus!

Starting Pay: $42,500 Per Year Plus Bonus!
