Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Groundskeeper to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the landscape and grounds of our property. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, weeding, and pruning
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Monitor and irrigate lawns and gardens as needed
- Operate hand tools and power tools to complete tasks efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas, including picking up trash and debris
- Assist with the installation of new landscaping features
- Collaborate with team owner to ensure all groundskeeping tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping preferred
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in groundskeeping
-Familiarity with lawnmower and tractor is a must
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills
