Captain/Pilot in Command (Large Jet) provides leadership and management of pilots, schedules, and records to maintain efficient and safe flight operations, comply with all FAA regulations, and deliver operational performance on company goals. Maintains the required FAA records and documentation for certifications, crews, flight times, aircraft, and activity. Being a Captain/Pilot in Command (Large Jet) keeps informed about current aviation developments and regulations that impact flight operations. Coordinates pilot training and development plans to ensure all are ready for flight duty. Additionally, Captain/Pilot in Command (Large Jet) uses the Safety Management System (SMS) to identify, mitigate, and manage risk in operations. May require a bachelor's degree. Requires Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate. Requires FAA Commercial Pilot's License. Typically reports to a director or head of a unit/department. The Captain/Pilot in Command (Large Jet) manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Captain/Pilot in Command (Large Jet) typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Groundskeeper to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the landscape and grounds of our property. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, weeding, and pruning
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Monitor and irrigate lawns and gardens as needed
- Operate hand tools and power tools to complete tasks efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas, including picking up trash and debris
- Assist with the installation of new landscaping features
- Collaborate with team owner to ensure all groundskeeping tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping preferred
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in groundskeeping
-Familiarity with lawnmower and tractor is a must
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills
