Captain/Pilot in Command (Large Jet) provides leadership and management of pilots, schedules, and records to maintain efficient and safe flight operations, comply with all FAA regulations, and deliver operational performance on company goals. Maintains the required FAA records and documentation for certifications, crews, flight times, aircraft, and activity. Being a Captain/Pilot in Command (Large Jet) keeps informed about current aviation developments and regulations that impact flight operations. Coordinates pilot training and development plans to ensure all are ready for flight duty. Additionally, Captain/Pilot in Command (Large Jet) uses the Safety Management System (SMS) to identify, mitigate, and manage risk in operations. May require a bachelor's degree. Requires Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate. Requires FAA Commercial Pilot's License. Typically reports to a director or head of a unit/department. The Captain/Pilot in Command (Large Jet) manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Captain/Pilot in Command (Large Jet) typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Job Summary:
Klarus Home Health is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The primary function of the LPN is to provide nursing care, under the supervision of a registered nurse, for patients of all ages in their place of residence, coordinate care with the interdisciplinary group, patient/family and referring agency.
Requirements
Job Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Vocational/Practical Nursing.
Licensure: Current State license as a Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse, or a multi-state license issued by a state member of the National Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) if practicing in a state member of the NLC, current driver’s license.
Experience: Two years experience as a Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse in a clinical care setting.
Skills: Nursing skills as defined as generally accepted standards of practice. Good interpersonal skills.
Transportation: Reliable transportation. Valid and current auto liability insurance.
Environmental and Working Conditions:
Works in patient’s home in various conditions; possible exposure to blood and bodily fluids and infectious diseases; ability to work flexible schedule; ability to travel locally; some exposure to unpleasant weather.
Physical and Mental Effort:
Prolonged standing and walking required, with ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move patients. Requires working under some stressful conditions to meet deadlines and patient needs, and to make quick decisions and resource acquisition; meet patient/family individualized psycho social needs. Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
