Determines flight routes, speed, and take off and landing times to fulfill scheduling requirements. Being a Captain/Pilot in Command (Small Non-Jet) must stay current with federal and local flight regulations. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Captain/Pilot in Command (Small Non-Jet) possesses current airline transport certificate with necessary type ratings. Requires a minimum of 5,000 hours of flight experience. While crew members will be trained in all facets of the operation, the acquisition of excellent customer service skills will be of foremost importance. The vast majority of orders are acquired through phone orders or the front counter in a face to face manner. It is therefore necessary for staff to learn to navigate our point of sale system effectively. It is important to note our crew members perform all functions within the restaurant.
