Card Room Shift Manager manages the card room during an assigned shift. Creates and administers the dealer rotation throughout the card room. Additionally, Card Room Shift Manager may require a high school diploma. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Card Room Shift Manager typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Assistant Clinical Manager – Operating Room – 40 Hours – Day Shift

Shift: 7:00am to 3:30pm
GENERAL SUMMARY
Under the supervision of the Director / Nurse Manager, the Assistant Clinical Manager assumes both a clinical and management role. This position is responsible to plan, organize, and direct the provision of patient care services within the department. The Assistant Clinical Manager is to assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of budgets, quality improvement programs, staffing levels, goals, objectives, regulatory compliance, and policies within the department. Also the Assistant Clinical Manager is to assist in the evaluation and discipline of personnel.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
· Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
· Two years RN experience.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED
· Current RN license in the State of Michigan.
· BCLS/ACLS per unit’s standard.
· Certifications appropriate for specific unit.
