Prepares written documentation as required by the profession and the department, regarding individualized treatment plans, evaluation results, and progress reports. Being a Cardiac Technician may require an associate degree or its equivalent. Also may require completion of a certificate in health technology or scientific instrumentation in electrocardiography. A client of Insight Global is looking for Monitor Technicians responsible for knowing and providing continuous ECG monitoring through assessment of EKG strips and accurate interpretation of cardiac rhythms and dysrhythmias interpretation. This person will not be merely an EKG Tech but someone who is truly monitoring rhythms. The environment will require the individual to watch up to 48 patients at a time with potential high acuity patients. The resource will work 3x12 shifts with a varying schedule
