The Role: We are seeking professional, articulate, and friendly individuals to represent our institute at various career fairs. As the face of our organization, you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential candidates, sharing information about our training programs, and collecting resumes of interested applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent the Financial Advisor Training Institute at career fairs with a professional demeanor.
Set up and manage the trade show booth (all materials will be shipped to you).
Collect resumes from potential candidates and provide information about our training programs.
At the end of the career fair, ship the collected resumes to our office and prepare the booth for its next destination.
Requirements:
Professional, articulate, and friendly demeanor.
Responsible and reliable, with the ability to manage the booth independently.
Some sales skills or experience in a similar role.
Ability to travel to career fair locations (all necessary materials will be provided).
Compensation:
Competitive compensation at $100 per hour for the duration of each career fair, up to a maximum of $500.
Comprehensive training prior to every event to ensure you are fully prepared to represent us.
