Common Sense Retirement Planning in Greenville, SC is seeking to add a Client Service Administrator to our team! The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who has the desire to work in the financial industry long-term and contribute to the growth of our business.
Job Description:
The purpose of this position is to assist Advisors with new client account set-up and service the existing client base with all service requests including beneficiary changes/withdrawals, incoming client service calls, database management, and client appointment preparation including updating client account summaries for their review meetings, preparing the main advisor for his/her review meetings, and preparing issued accounts for delivery.

Minimum Requirements:
- Associates Degree preferred
- Financial Industry experience required
- 2 years working alongside a Financial Advisor in a fast-paced office environment preferred
- Experience with MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly
- CRM experience
Responsibilities:
This Client Service Administrator will be expected to have consistent follow-through with all efforts, build relationships with prospects and clients, and help prepare the Advisor for client appointments. Other daily, weekly, and monthly tasks may include:
- Work with Advisors and clients to prepare account paperwork for signing appointments
- Come into client appointments as necessary to assist the Advisor
- Work with Advisors to complete all notes, new account applications and account maintenance forms
- Submit all account applications to the carriers and confirm they are “in good order”
- Assign tasks to the Transfer Specialist to make sure the funding arrives for all new accounts
- Work with existing clients for account maintenance, deposits and withdrawals
- Set appointments for clients with their Advisor
- Learn the Redtail CRM system so you are able to keep track of personal tasks, enter any necessary client specific notes and schedule appointments as necessary
