In this role, you'll leverage your in-depth knowledge to:

·       Design and Develop Test Solutions: Craft innovative test fixtures (hardware and software) and comprehensive test plans to rigorously evaluate semiconductor and electronic components at various stages of production. Utilize a vast knowledge of precedents in test engineering and administer understanding of principles of related engineering and software technology to ensure test integrity and efficiency.

·       Champion Test Efficiency and Effectiveness: Troubleshoot test equipment issues, maintain the reliability of test stations, and spearhead efforts to continually optimize testing processes, ensuring maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

·       Bridge the Gap Between Design and Production: Collaborate seamlessly with design engineers, production personnel, and quality specialists to identify and resolve test-related challenges, ensuring a smooth transition from design to production.

·       Drive Data-Driven Improvement: Analyze test results, delve into root causes of product failures, and develop procedures to enhance testing efficiency and identify areas for continuous improvement.

Ø  We're looking for a HANDS-ON highly motivated Senior Test Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or a related field) and a strong understanding of electronic device testing principles.

Ø  10yrs experience preferred in Production Test Fixture Design

Ø  Experience in data analysis, diverse testing tools (ATE, oscilloscopes, DMMs, etc.), and strong communication skills are a plus. 

Ø  Mechanical skills and expertise in production test fixture design are welcome, but a passion for quality and a dedication to continuous improvement are what truly matter.

Ø  Strong communication and interpersonal skills is a must.
