    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Initiatives: Design and execute forward-thinking strategies to assist graduates in achieving their career goals.
    • Compliance Management: Ensure all career services activities comply with governmental, accreditation, and regulatory guidelines.
    • Operational and Team Leadership: Manage the day-to-day operations and personnel of the Career Services office, including setting goals, evaluating performance, and addressing issues.
    • Reporting and Problem Resolution: Produce regular reports and develop solutions to challenges within the department, coordinating with relevant teams for execution.
    • Travel: Occasional travel may be required.

    • Direct leadership of Career Services staff, adhering to organizational policies and laws related to hiring, training, and performance management.
