What you will be doing: You’ll be responsible for the management of career transition services (CTS) in compliance with Department of Labor (DOL) and Management & Training Corporation (MTC) directives.
Essential Functions:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise the administrative and programmatic of the CTS department.
- Oversee the management of employability development efforts for each student from career development through career transition phases of the career development student services (CDSS).
- Development and implementation of new and revised policies and procedures affecting the outreach/career transition services (OTS).
- Review and audit career transition department regularly for contractual compliance and quality of services to students and centers.
- Develop and ensure adherence to the enter CTS plans.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human services, psychology, counseling, or closely related field, and two (2) years related supervisory experience; or Associate degree and four (4) years related supervisory experience
- A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
