Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Carpet Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional carpet cleaning services to our clients. Duties:
- Perform carpet cleaning services using industry-standard equipment and techniques
- Inspect carpets for stains, damage, and other issues prior to cleaning
- Pre-treat carpets with appropriate cleaning solutions to ensure effective stain removal
- Operate carpet cleaning machines to thoroughly clean carpets and remove dirt, debris, and allergens
- Use appropriate techniques to handle delicate materials and ensure no damage occurs during the cleaning process
- Move furniture and other items as necessary to access all areas of the carpet
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and address any concerns or questions they may have
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor and ensuring client satisfaction
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of floor care, buffing, and other related cleaning techniques is a plus
- Ability to operate carpet cleaning equipment effectively and safely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient completion of tasks within designated timeframes
- Good communication skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment or furniture as needed
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or overtime as required
