Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for flooring projects
- Analyze project plans, jobsite conditions, specifications, and other documents to determine material, labor, and equipment requirements
- Collaborate with sales staff, home owners, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes
- Utilize software such as measure to create comprehensive estimates
-Measure existing job sites and provide an accurate diagram and material sheet for the sales staff and subcontractors
- Collaborate with the construction management team to ensure accurate project budgeting

Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction estimating, preferably in the [specific industry]
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes
- Proficiency in using estimating software such as Measure
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
