The Department of Mental Health (DMH) Metro Boston Fuller Site is seeking a Human Services Coordinator II (HSC II). The HSC II will provide leadership, supervision, and support to a team of Human Service coordinators.
The Case Management Supervisor is responsible for administrative, clinical, and managerial supervision of assigned case managers, ensuring that all DMH regulations and Human Resources guidelines are followed. The Case Management Supervisor is also responsible for oversight of assigned, contracted community programs (i.e., day programming, community outreach) that are funded through the Fuller Bay Cove Site. The Case Manager Supervisor also participates in multiple work groups that are integral parts of the service delivery system for the Fuller Bay Cove Site.

Schedule: This position is 40 hours per week, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

The Dr. Solomon Carter Fuller Mental health Center, (Fuller) 60 bed inpatient psychiatric facility provides comprehensive, information and timely forensic evaluations for individuals to determine pre-trial competency and or criminal responsibility. Minimum Entrance Requirements:
Based on assignment as a Mental Health Case Manager or Forensic Transition Team Coordinator, within the Department of Mental Health, a Bachelor's degree or higher in social work, psychology, sociology, counseling, counseling education, education of the physically or emotionally handicapped, education of the multiple handicapped, education of the learning disabled, human services, rehabilitation counseling, education or other a related field is required.
In addition applicants must have at least four (4) years of full-time, or equivalent part-time, case management of clinical/therapeutic experience.
Based on assignment, travel may be required. Incumbents who elect to use a motor vehicle for travel must have a current and valid motor vehicle driver's license at a class level specific to assignment.
