Targeted Case Management
  • Mindsight Behavioral Group
  • Somerset, KY FULL_TIME
  • Mindsight Behavioral Health Group is looking for Professional Targeted Case Managers with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a Human Services-related field who are searching for a workplace that supports them as human beings, encourages them in their career, and expects them to act with integrity.

Currently, we are seeking candidates to fill remote positions in the Lexington, Louisville, Somerset, Richmond & Berea, Kentucky areas. Even though the position will be using mostly telehealth with occasional travel necessary, some community event involvement will also be required so residing in or near those areas will be necessary.

We’re Not Like Other Practices; We’re A Cool Practice

Mindsight Behavioral Health Group is a group practice committed to providing wraparound services to our community. We have locations throughout the state of Kentucky and we are growing all the time. Our vision is to provide excellent mental health services to everyone who needs it, especially those who may not otherwise be able to afford services. For this reason, we work hard to maintain relationships with Medicaid providers and about 80% of our clients are Medicaid recipients.

Case management is a huge part of our services. Safety and Stability are key factors in improving someone's mental health. We call our case managers “Service Coordinators” because they connect our clients with the services and resources they need to establish their Safety and Stability. This is critical to the success of our clients. Despite the primary population that we serve, we are NOT an agency. In fact, we function on systems that make a workload sustainable and enjoyable for years to come. We’re in this for the long haul and we want case managers who are, too.

What Does Sustainability Look Like In Group Practice?

It looks like a team that cares.

At Mindsight, we know you are more than a service provider and the number of billable clients on a screen. We care about you as an individual and we want to make sure you are being cared for as you care for our clients.

To this end, we allow incredible flexibility with your schedules as long as you continue to see your assigned clients regularly (4x monthly). !

    It’s Bigger Than Individuals

We also believe in buying into a mission, vision, and values bigger than one person.

We are a team and our goal is to provide excellent clinical services across the state of Kentucky. We do this through…

    • Effort — We do whatever it takes to meet our goals, and we give 100% when we're at work. This value is really talking about putting in the work so that we do things well and we do things ethically.
    • Compassion — We give a s***. We care about our clients, our staff, and our communities. We seek out opportunities to give back. We expect our clinicians to be ready to volunteer in our community.
    • Growth — We are always learning. We consistently search for new ways to grow, new skills to learn, new specialties to offer, and really any opportunity to learn or do something we aren’t already doing. We’ve raised the bar on the quality of services we expect, and this allows us to continue raising that bar.
    • Transparency —We all know what is happening in the practice. We relay any updates in live time. Once a decision is made it is immediately communicated across the practice. This also means you know what is happening with…you! If you suck at something, we’re going to let you know, nicely and constructively, of course. Then we’re going to help you not suck. We will also regularly ask for your feedback, so we can not suck, too!
    • Camaraderie — We support each other. We support Mindsight. We make each other better. We show up. Teamwork is a required skill for this position because even though our offices are far apart, we are all working toward the same goals.
    • Fun — We have serious fun with our team. Working in mental health isn’t always puppies and rainbows. Some days are hard. Some days are really hard. We understand that to be successful we must be able to balance the hard days and the good days. We provide some really good days in the form of retreats, block parties, murder mystery dinners, and any other shenanigans we can get into.

    But What About the Money?

We offer our team members a fair rate and a ton of support. We can honestly promise that we are constantly evaluating our rates and looking for ways to pay our staff more!

    ● Our admin team is generous and fun and here for the sole purpose of making sure you have everything you need to provide incredible services.

    ● We have an onboarding and training program that supports you through your first 90 days of employment to make the transition easy.

    ● Throughout your time with us, we will set you up to be a source of empathy and authority in your community through social media and marketing content that you won't find anywhere else.

    ● We can fill any case manager’s caseload if they know how to retain a client.

    ● We do things for our team that we don't have to do, but we want to, because we care.

Is This the Position For You?

We know this is a lot. Like, a lot a lot. But we believe it is crucial that you know enough about us before you make the decision to apply. Please understand, we are not looking for people who are job hoppers. We're not interested in those seeking a 50-cent on-the-hour raise. We are looking for professional counselors who truly want to feel like part of the team like they're a part of something bigger than themselves. If that is you, then what are you waiting for? Apply now! We can’t wait to meet you!
