Job Summary:
This position is responsible for assessing and determining eligibility for a wide range of services that would benefit individuals at risk of having to leave their own homes and providing information and referral services to the public and family members about aging and community resources.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
The applicant may have any combination of training and/or experience that enables the incumbent to possess the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the required job duties. The applicant may also have a bachelor’s degree in social science, behavior science or other human service-related field, business administration, public administration, or public health to be considered as an entry level applicant.
