Harlem Children’s Zone (HCZ) — a world-renowned education and poverty-fighting organization based in New York — seeks an enthusiastic, dedicated, and mission-aligned Social Worker to join the Social Services department at Promise Academy Charter School.
Under the leadership of the Director of Social Services, the Case Manager will support the school community by connecting students and families to external supports and resources, providing support and guidance through the process of being connected, and ensuring that the quality of services meets the needs of the students and families. The Case Manager will develop relationships with external partnerships to link to quality services more effectively and efficiently, particularly regarding mental health, housing insecurity, food insecurity, and other concrete resources.
We are currently seeking a Case Manager to support our Promise Academy Social Work Department. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for the mission of Promise Academy and HCZ, an understanding and respect for the culture of all residents of Harlem, and experience working in a school setting with a love for children.

The annual salary range for this position is $55,000-$60,000, with a comprehensive benefits package including employer-covered health insurance.
