Job Description:
SUMMARY
The responsibility of the Compliance Application Analyst II is to
assist CTCLUSI in maintaining program software related to Finance,
Grant Management, Case Management for the purpose of ensuring
compliance with Fiscal policies. Will work with the Compliance officer
to ensure that all software rules are maintained to ensure compliance
with regulations and policies. To assist in the development of
training materials to ensure all software users can effectively use
the software. Software applications are, but not limited to, Financial
Software (MIP), Grant Management Software (AmpliFund) and Case
Management software.
PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deploy, maintain, manage, and troubleshoot all database systems as
directed by the Compliance Officer, ensuring efficient and reliable operation.
- Develop, modify, and operate database tables, forms, queries and reports.
- Work closely with Compliance officer to analyze and make
recommendations concerning database systems under consideration for
CTCLUSI to aid programs to manage information on grants and defined
benefit programs
- Responsible for maintaining effective training materials for
compliance managed software systems.
- Document all maintenance actions, process changes, configuration
modifications, and troubleshooting procedures conducted on assigned
compliance software.
- Coordinate efforts with various vendors to resolve data integrity
or corruption issues, and maintenance for efficient operation and
use by program staff.
- Assist with the maintenance of various Portals utilized by
Granting Agencies.
- Draft reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Efficiently present information and respond to questions from
managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Write and execute custom queries to return data from various
systems as needed to support program needs.
- Develop, maintain and train workflow diagrams to assist all
programs in understanding and utilization of applications to
effectively meet program goals and standards.
- Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication
and coordination with all departments, including needed property or
service concerns.
- Maintain all assigned software to help program staff in adhering
to all policies and regulations while aiding in the efficient and
effective delivery of client services.
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Other duties as directed by Compliance Officer

- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- The work environment is characterized as a shared office setting,
where computers and standard office equipment will be supplied and
used as a part of the job.
PHYSICAL & MENTAL DEMANDS
- Must be able to sit and type long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.
- Must be able to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and climb
or balance.
- Specific vision abilities required by this position including
close vision, and ability to adjust and focus.
