As a Cash Application Specialist on the Portland Glass team, a typical day for you will include:

• Processing and posting checks into the Mainstreet program
• Processing checks for deposit and scanning to bank
• Processing customer credit card payments
• Reviewing and processing daily invoices for mailing
• Running monthly customer statement reports

(Required qualifications)

• Experience:

1 year in an office setting; prior experience balancing daily cash deposits preferred

• Skills: Strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task; proficient with Microsoft Suite; comfortability working with numbers and invoices daily
• Education: High school diploma or GED
• Physical requirements: Must be able to lift minimum of 25 pounds

• Schedule: Day shift, part time, 25 hours a week
