Job Summary: The Senior OTC Analyst (Supply Chain) will develop and run reports on departmental (Customer Experience, Order Fulfillment, Order Management, and Post-Sales Support) metrics, as well as employee level metrics. They will be the primary trainer and mentor amongst other designated analysts. This role will address areas of potential continuous improvement and opportunities for furthering automation by creating clear cross functional visualization for designated key stakeholders. They will focus on cross functional creation of reporting with multiples departments using multiple reporting systems to accomplish these goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce standard to complex reports and dashboards for the Contact Center or the Order to Cash group operations.
- Prepare and send intraday as well as daily, weekly and monthly performance reports and provide support in identifying, tracking and reporting system issues, downtime, and process inefficiencies
- Provide standardized reports of agent interactions on a regular basis.
- Ensure the timely creation of reports and data required for making data driven business decisions.
- Monitors, tracks, and analyzes call center service level performance and scheduling assumptions.
- Analyze performance data and provide findings, insight, and recommendations to Leadership for improvement
- Review and analyze call arrival patterns and provide recommendations to improve customer practice.
- Inform Operations management so decisions can be made regarding OT, VTO, and off-phone activities with up-to-the-minute daily statistics
- Train & mentor lower level analysts and implement standards in reporting/metrics/dashboards
- Recommend process improvements by reviewing data and assisting leadership in identifying opportunities
- Other Duties as assigned and the following:
- Manage multiple projects and/or assignments concurrently.
- Generate routine and adhoc reports.
Minimal Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or equivalent experience.
- Microsoft Suite Knowledge, with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
- 4 years of business experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience with Contact Center, Sales, or Operational reporting and metrics.
- Strong skills in data identification, integration, validation, interpretation, database manipulation, and
- Previous experience with Salesforce
- Previous or current experience with SAP or other equivalent ERP system, SAP Business Objects, Tableau, Power BI
Level of Independence: This position acts under the direction of the mid to senior level manager or executive.
Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting; close vision and ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel.
