Job Summary: We are looking for hard-working, experienced and friendly FlowRider Instructors with a desire to provide outstanding customer service to join our team. Ideal candidates must be able to instruct various skill levels from beginners to experts.  

Essential Job Functions (FlowRider Instructor):  

• Responsible for the daily operation and safety of the FlowRider 
• Provide excellent customer service and instruction 
• Interact with various types of customers from adults to children and their parents.  
• Provide and fun and safe experience for FlowRider customers.   

Requirements:  

• Have instruction, coaching or teaching experience.  
• Proficiency in board sports (skimming, surfing, skateboarding, etc). 
• Must be able to stand for 6 hours and have the upper body strength to assist customers in body boarding and flowboarding.  
• Ability to work in a wet environment 
• Must be able to pass a background check. 
• Must be dependable when it comes to attendance and punctuality 
• Must love the beach!
