Three Bears Alaska is looking to fill a position in our Cash Audit department.
The Back-Up Cash Audit position is an essential member of the Three Bears Alaska team.
In this role, you will be responsible for reconciling the store safe and tills, preparing deposits and recording cashier and store discrepancies. You will also organize and file paperwork such as payment media reconciliation, customer charge accounts, gift certificates, etc. This position is expected to be in constant communication with the Front End PIC and store management regarding cashier accountability and performance. It is imperative that all cash audit functions are completed in a timely manner.
Qualified applicant must be skilled in customer service, mathematics and 10-key typing. To be successful in this position, you must have basic computer skills.
This position requires attention to detail, professionalism and the ability to work independently. Prior cash audit experience is preferred but not required. Willing to train the right candidate.
Back-Up Cash Auditor will also work as a Cashier as needed.
