This position is responsible for the supervision and performance of the Cash Management operations. Roles and responsibilities associated with the Cash Management lead includes, but is not limited to, managing the automation projects such as Great Plains to Bank, intelligent receivables, supplier portal as well as implementing a 3-way match payables automation tool. Overall, this person will play an integral role in the future transformation and support of the Cash Management function.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain monthly recurring cash management reports (Cash flow, DSO, DIO, DPO, aging, etc.)

· Responsible for analyzing the various cash management reports, including working with divisions and corporate finance to maintain accurate and up-to-date information to ensure proper classification of customer/vendor billing/receipts.

• Monitor the month-end close and project performance processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the IT team to manage product and service implementations, integrations, and upgrades.
• Manage Travel & Expense (T&E) system including Credit Cards, T&E audits, and maintenance tasks.
• Ongoing monitoring of vendor and customer master data to ensure completeness and accuracy of data as well as compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the development of training materials for Cash Management products and lead client training sessions.
• Develop and maintain working relationships with Sales and Implementation Managers to resolve client invoicing and payment discrepancy issues in a timely manner.
• Develop Departmental SOPs for areas such as invoicing and collections while ensuring that all stakeholders understand and are aware of the proper policies and procedures.
• Responsible for fulfilling various audit requests in a timely manner.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, information systems or related degree, equivalent work experience or combination of both.
• Minimum of 5 years cash management/treasury role experience.
• Experience in working with, managing, and implementing cash management information systems.
• Experience in working with financial information systems preferred.
• Process Management skills
• Experience with SOX and SDLC requirements preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills as well as close attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, at all levels of responsibility.
• Experience in AR/AP Functions (cash applications, billing, 3-way match, payments)
• Demonstrated ability to break down problems, investigate root causes and identify timely resolutions.
• Demonstrable understanding of treasury, banking, and accounting concepts.
• Transactional and analytical experience.
• Familiarity with banking systems, platforms, and products.
• Attention to detail and solid organizational skills.

Computer Skills:

• Intermediate to advanced Office 365 skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with Great Plains software a plus.
