We are adding to the team and seeking an attentive Security Officer to ensure the safety and well-being of our team members, guests and visitors. This individual will be responsible for patrolling, be on the alert for fire hazards and unsafe work practices and unsafe conditions, and have great public relations skills with guests and colleagues.

Requirements

This individual must be able to efficiently act according to all Emergency Response Plans, create detailed reports of all occurrences/incidents during the shift, and have flexible availability to include weekends, holidays and late evenings. Requires discretion, confidentiality, common sense and the ability to make judicious decisions. Must have the ability to diffuse situations as quickly as possible, while being polite, diplomatic and professional, yet firm in upholding El Encanto's policies and procedures.
