    POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

    The Cash Management Supervisor supervise the cash management specialist in the daily operations of the cash management and related treasury services functions.  Responsibilities will involve planning, organizing and monitoring work processes, adhering to deadlines, enforcing and implementing policies and procedures, and resolving problems.

    • Oversee the daily cash reporting and forecasting
    • Prepare and monitor daily cash management and investing reports
    • Review and release domestic and international wires through the appropriate banking platforms
    • Oversee and review the daily cash receipts function
    • Work with Treasury Manager to provide support to users on banking platforms
    • Work with Treasury Manager to open bank accounts and update signatories as needed
    • Complete reconciliations of bank accounts ensuring all activity is properly recorded
    • Oversee the maintenance of online housing for filing purposes
    • Maintain and update policies, procedures, controls and procedures for all Treasury functions as needed
    • Assist in special projects and other duties as assigned
    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
    • A high school degree or equivalent is required. B.A in accounting is preferred, an associate’s degree and/or five years of relevant accounting experience may be substituted.
    • Understanding and ability to apply generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
    • Strong organizational skills, team player and ability to work independently
    • Sound knowledge, understanding and proficiency with computer systems
    • Detail oriented, enthusiastic and confident with excellent problem solving skills
    • A self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Some long hours and weekends may be required
    • Use of CostPoint software preferred.  Excel proficiency required.
