Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Landscape Management/Turf Manager to join our team. As a Landscape Management/Turf Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing crews and enhancing the appearance of outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge including,but not limited to horticulturally sound pruning, proper knowledge of all types Trees and Shrubs, Turf Grass Identification , proper fertilization, topdressing, recognizing disease and fungus. and the ability to operate both hand and power tools. Understanding of Irrigation and making adjustments for proper and suffienct watering.

Responsibilities:
- Perform proper inspection of property to ensure company standards are met.
- Communicate with customers, upper management about issues , schedules, up sales for additional work or enhancements.
- Operate equipment to spray turf for weeds, disease or fungus.
- Operate Equipment to spread fertilizers, Lime, Aerate , topdress turf
- Recognize and resolve issues within the landscape.
- Ensure Crews are maintaining equipment and trucks properly .

-Working knowledge of Lawn Maintenance equipment and Trucks
- Perform general groundskeeping duties to keep outdoor areas clean and presentable

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in Landscape Management

-3-5 years in Turf Management

- Turf Management Degree
- Knowledge of landscaping techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management

Job Type: Full-time
