Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Greets guests as they arrive, focusing on personal recognition in a warm and authentic manner
• Reviews arrival list daily and assists in preparing and assembling welcome amenities
• Assist VIPs per profile and verify specific guest needs prior to arrival
• Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile and answer questions accordingly or transfer as needed
• Maintains front desk area to be clean and organized
• Follows through and addresses all guest requests in a timely manner
• Completes inter company communication logs and correspondence
• Works to ensure resolution in a professional and efficient manner
• Actively participates in Guest Service Experience improvements
• Maintains high standards of excellence thru diligence and engagement with provided instructions
• Always verify necessary identification documents and form of payment upon guest arrival

Education And Experience

• Prior Customer Service Experience
• High School Diploma/GED

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Basic computer skills
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
• Excellent time management skills
• Moderate or better data entry skills and
• Pleasant and professional phone etiquette and demeanor required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
