Assists clients in various cash management programs while ensuring sufficient balance in the cash flows. Being a Cash Management Service Representative responds to and provides fixes for client issues and questions surrounding relevant products and/or services. Guides clients through onboarding, documentation, and implementation. Additionally, Cash Management Service Representative elevates important or complex inquiries to the appropriate manager, supervisor, or team to ensure they are resolved appropriately. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Cash Management Service Representative works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. To be a Cash Management Service Representative typically requires 1-3 years of related experience. The Residential Pool Maintenance Technician manages a swimming pool route that includes cleaning of swimming pools each week and manage a daily schedule of equipment repair tasks.RICK'S POOL SERVICE Full service consists of cleaning and netting debris out our client's pool, emptying, skimmer baskets, sweep, and maintaining the chemicals.
Tasks include:
Managing truck inventory of equipment
Properly adjust the water chemistry for each pool weekly
Spot upsell opportunities outside of the repair call
Utilize Jobber mobile platform on a smart phone
Purpose:
Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the weekly service of customers’ pools and identification of any pool related issues
Essential Functions:
Provide weekly customer maintenance and cleaning of customers’ pools
Identify any issues with equipment and report to the proper personnel
Communicate the status of the pool with the homeowner
Ensure all activities are performed in a safe manner

$250 Signing Bonus (Paid after 60 days)

A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
