Cash Management Service Representative is responsible for providing cash management services to existing and potential business banking clients. Assists clients in various cash management programs while ensuring sufficient balance in the cash flows. Being a Cash Management Service Representative responds to and provides fixes for client issues and questions surrounding relevant products and/or services. Guides clients through onboarding, documentation, and implementation. Additionally, Cash Management Service Representative elevates important or complex inquiries to the appropriate manager, supervisor, or team to ensure they are resolved appropriately. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Cash Management Service Representative works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. To be a Cash Management Service Representative typically requires 1-3 years of related experience. Primary Job Purpose:
Actively engage all customers in a positive manner, handling any needs or concerns and promote return business
Duties:
· Meet and greet all customers, both in person and on the phone
· Contacting customers via telephone and onsite visits to increase sales and profitability
· Complete sales call reports as requested by Location Manager or Corporate Sales Manager
· Determine customer needs and provide the best available options or alternate solutions
· Assist Outside Sales with customers if out of the store, and bill out as necessary
· Sell OK Tire Store, Inc supported products and promote our package of value to customers
· Work with Corporate Sales Manager and Service Manager to improve service times and increase customer satisfaction
· Attend sales training as appropriate and work with tire company representatives to increase product knowledge and stay on top of trends
· Close house account tickets daily
· Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing all Personal Protective Equipment as required for position, reporting all Near Misses, and reporting all incidents & filing appropriate paperwork in required time frames.
