  • Job Overview:  This position is responsible for supervising daily CMS operations, which may include deposit verification, change order preparation, currency/coin inventory management, and balance and audit functions while providing services to Loomis customers. Assist in the awareness of the safety of employees, facilities, and vehicles through training and monitoring policies and procedures. Assist in meeting budget guidelines by monitoring overtime and workflow. Serve as liaison with the Federal Reserve Bank, banks, thrift charters, and commercial customers to identify and resolve problems. Monitor workflow and adjust staffing needs and maintenance schedules as needed to ensure quality levels of service and performance. Assist in meeting budget guidelines by monitoring overtime and workflow. Completion of any and all additional responsibilities assigned by the Branch Manager and CMS Manager on an “as needed” basis. Preferred Requirements: College degree preferred 3 years of previous experience managing a cash vault Knowledge of Loomis systems preferred Excellent communication and Presentation skills (verbal & written) required Previous leadership role background and experience  Ability to travel occasionally for Company, District, and Customer meetings and events.   Essential Functions/Job Qualifications: As part of the qualification process for the Cash Management Services Teller Supervisor position, a Human Performance Evaluation (HPE) is required.
