Cash Management Service Representative is responsible for providing cash management services to existing and potential business banking clients. Assists clients in various cash management programs while ensuring sufficient balance in the cash flows. Being a Cash Management Service Representative responds to and provides fixes for client issues and questions surrounding relevant products and/or services. Guides clients through onboarding, documentation, and implementation. Additionally, Cash Management Service Representative elevates important or complex inquiries to the appropriate manager, supervisor, or team to ensure they are resolved appropriately. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Cash Management Service Representative works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. To be a Cash Management Service Representative typically requires 1-3 years of related experience.     What We DoA Cash Management Specialist is responsible for all activities related to payment processing. Processes payments promptly and accurately and clears all exception items in a timely manner.

    What You'll Do:

    • Process transactions accurately and timely in accordance with departmental and investor guidelines
    • Identifies exception items
    • Document the system with comments regarding disposition of work items
    • Identify, research, and resolve issues
    • Follows controls and processes within the department
    • Assist with internal or external audit requests
    • Communicate problems or issues to management
    • Other duties and tasks, as assigned

    What You'll Bring:

    • Analytical, organized, problem-solving skills
    • PC skills and knowledge of MS Office products
    • High School diploma or equivalent

    Pay Range: $19.65-$27.12 hourly

    This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
