Cash Management Service Representative is responsible for providing cash management services to existing and potential business banking clients. Assists clients in various cash management programs while ensuring sufficient balance in the cash flows. Being a Cash Management Service Representative responds to and provides fixes for client issues and questions surrounding relevant products and/or services. Guides clients through onboarding, documentation, and implementation. Additionally, Cash Management Service Representative elevates important or complex inquiries to the appropriate manager, supervisor, or team to ensure they are resolved appropriately. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Cash Management Service Representative works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. To be a Cash Management Service Representative typically requires 1-3 years of related experience. Our non-profit firm is seeking one full-time Refugee Cash Assistance Specialist to join our team. The home office is located in Green Bay, WI.
Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA) Specialists identify, refer and assess participants strengths & roadblocks to success.
PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE- Responsible for determining initial and ongoing eligibility for Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA).
- Responsible for working with partner Refugee agencies to enroll new refugees and provide meaningful resources for refugees in need.
- Provides on-going case management, employability plan development, and coordination with other agencies to facilitate needed services such as treatment, education, training, and formal assessment.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCEAssociate degree and two (2) plus years work-related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have Financial and Employment Planner (FEP) certification, or be able to obtain, and remain FEP certified.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS- FSC offers a very competitive wage for this full-time, non-exempt position with a minimum starting rate of $23.56/hr with additional compensation based on direct experience beyond the minimum requirements.
