Cash Management Service Supervisor supervises ongoing service of cash management programs for business banking clients. Assists in the development and implementation of custom plans to meet client's cash management requirements. Being a Cash Management Service Supervisor collaborates with service representatives, account management, and sales to provide technical support as needed. Makes recommendations on technical aspects of cash management service plan design. Additionally, Cash Management Service Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Cash Management Service Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision.     General:   Responsible for incoming phone inquiries, fax monitoring and order entry for all non-focus products
     
    Responsibilities and Duties:
    • Answer incoming calls
    • Process reorders and service order requests
    • Manage faxes coming in to the Workflow and route accordingly
    • Process all non-focus product orders
    • Verify insurance coverage and previous DME history as required
    • Collect method of payment as required by MSC protocol
    • Contact appropriate parties to obtain any missing information as necessary
    • Input patient information and orders into system
    • Generate medical necessity forms as required for billing
    • Schedule deliveries accordingly
    • Perform other duties as assigned
     
    Qualifications:
    Education:  Graduate of an accredited high school.
     
    Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Physical Requirements:
     
    • Minimum of 1 year of progressively responsible customer service experience.
    • Customer oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Pleasant personality with excellent phone and interpersonal and organizational skills (a team player)
    • Ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks
    • Self Starter
    • Works well independently
