Cashier - Grocery Store jobs in Buffalo, NY

Management and sales experience is required. We are looking for a perceptive Customer Service and sales Associate / Cashier to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately handling cash transactions, and helping to maintain a clean and organized store. This position requires strong communication skills, sales skills, an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, patience with working with different types of customers, and a commitment to providing customers with the best possible experience. We are looking for an individual who is reliable, honest, and dedicated. Manager experience recommended.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and ask customers if they need assistance.

• Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.

• Ensure the store is clean and organized at all times.

• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.

• Stocking, pricing, and organizing new inventory.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $14.20 - $20.00 per hour, bonus pay also available
