Catering Assistant jobs in Louisiana

SONOCO is seeking someone with a great personality and telephone manners. The successful candidate will also assist with data-entry tasks, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour for lunch.

Job Description:

• Answer the phone with a smile in your voice :-)
• Data entry: enter information into our inventory system along with other basic tasks
• Familiarity with MS Office is a plus as well (Excel, Access, Word)

Soft Skills:

• Working well with others and a team focus
• A positive attitude and friendly demeanor
• Detail-oriented, able to enter data correctly and consistently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 per hour

• Houma, LA 70360: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
• Receptionist: 1 year (Required)
