    Delivers food and supplies to designated areas

    Job Duties and Responsibilities:
    (Note: Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted or changed at the sole discretion of Sycuan Management at any time.)
    • Provides catering services to on and off site clients by checking catering request clip boards and fax machine for incoming requests, ordering and stocking catering inventory with necessary supplies, props and equipment, preparing production sheets for kitchen staff, preparing and coordinating food production and presentation activities as listed on catering request form, preparing load sheets for transportation of food items, ensuring food items are packed properly and minimum safe temperatures are maintained, relaying information to appropriate areas, ensuring all requests are prepared in a timely manner, delivering and setting up food and equipment and supplies at events, coordinating service activities during events, making arrangements to breakdown event, returning equipment to the catering kitchen, and ensuring the catering vehicle is parked in the designated area.
    • Maintains catering supply inventory by keeping the catering storeroom clean and stocked with necessary supplies, and updating props and equipment following established procedures.
    • Ensures a clean and orderly storage area by wiping and straightening shelves, counters, food product and equipment, sweeping and mopping floors, and disposing of any empty cartons, boxes and trash.
    • Maintains catering vehicles by organizing equipment and supplies to be transported to events, cleaning and maintaining vehicle in good working order, and communicating any needed repairs in a timely manner.

    Education and Experience
    Essential:
    • County of San Diego Food Handler Card
    • California Driver’s License in good standing
    Desirable:
    • Guest or Hospitality Service experience
    • Concession experience
    • Cash handling experience
    • Food Server experience
    • Casino experience
