Duties:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive catering sales and revenue growth
- Manage all aspects of the catering process, from initial client contact to event execution
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and create customized menus and event plans
- Oversee food production, ensuring high quality and adherence to food safety standards
- Manage inventory control, including ordering and tracking supplies
- Supervise staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure smooth operations during events, resolving any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with other departments (such as sales and marketing) to promote catering services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in catering and hospitality

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
