Brancato’s Catering is seeking outgoing and experienced professionals who have a passion for food and providing excellent customer service. Our Lead Caterers are responsible for direct oversight of events for our off-premise catering company. Duties to include but not limited to:
· Event set up and delivery of pertinent equipment and products, may drive small van or box truck.
· Ensuring highest level of customer satisfaction through cohesive event execution
· Supervising, motivating & directing staff during catering functions
· We are looking for a person who is capable of managing service staff and client expectations while executing events. You will need to be able to handle small parties, buffets, seated dinners, dining room, back of the house service, convention logistics and service, concessions as well as bar set-ups/service.
Qualifying candidates must be:
· Detail-oriented
· Self-starter
· Able to lift 50 lbs without difficulty
· Able to work a flexible schedule
