As a Catering Manager at Legacy Meat Co., you will be the cornerstone of our catering operations. Your role will involve overseeing the seamless execution of events, coordinating with clients, managing our culinary team, and ensuring that every dish leaves the kitchen meeting our high standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities
*Event Planning and Coordination: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements for events. Plan and execute events flawlessly, paying attention to every detail. *Menu Development: Work alongside our head chef to create innovative, appealing menus for a variety of events. Ensure menus are diverse and cater to specific dietary needs as required. *Team Management: Lead and inspire a team of chefs, servers, and support staff. Schedule and oversee staff training to ensure high standards of service and presentation. *Vendor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors. Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of supplies. *Budget Management: Oversee budgeting for events, including cost control and financial reporting. Ensure profitability while maintaining the highest quality standards. *Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. Regularly review and improve operational processes. *Client Relations: Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
Qualifications
*Associate’s degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field. *Proven experience in catering management, event coordination, or as a head chef. *Strong leadership and team management skills. *Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. *A passion for food and a keen eye for detail. *Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. *Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations. *Ability to lift 50 pounds or more. *Ability to work required hours. *Must have valid driver’s license and meet MVR & DOT guidelines. *Must have reliable transportation throughout the workday. *Ability to legally work in the United States. *Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $24.00 - $30.00/hour.
