Cementing and Gluing Machine Operator jobs in Abilene, TX

Responsibilities: 

• Inspect products to ensure quality. 
• As needed, operate machinery.
• Assist with pallet wrapping and product labeling. 
• Clean the equipment by degreasing it, cleaning the silicon trays, and adding T/P lubrication. 
• General housekeeping chores
• Micrometer reading and operation skills(s).
• Other duties as assigned
• Keep work area neat and safe

Qualifications:

• It is preferable to have a high school diploma or a GED. 

• 3 years of experience operating and/or running plastics processing equipment in a manufacturing or related environment (thermoforms). 

• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities are essential. 

• Track record of good attendance. 

• To install rolls, you must be able to lift or utilize a hoist.
