Certified Medication Technician administers prescribed medications to patients and maintains related medical records under immediate supervision. Administers medications using proper dosage, route, timing, and techniques. Being a Certified Medication Technician verifies the identity of the patient receiving medication. Records the name of the drug, the dosage, the time of administration, and any other relevant information on specified forms or records. Additionally, Certified Medication Technician takes vital signs and observes patient to detect response to medication. Follows all relevant safety guidelines and regulations. Requires a high school diploma. Requires Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification. Typically reports to a registered nurse or manager. - Certified fitness instructor with a strong background in cycle, kickboxing, Pilates, yoga, or other relevant disciplines.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science principles.
- Experience in program design and personal training.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively educate and motivate clients.
- Strong understanding of body mechanics to ensure safe and effective exercise execution.
- Proven track record in fitness sales or ability to promote services and attract new clients.
