Position Summary:
As a Certified Nurse Midwife, you will be a part of a team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Certified Nurse Midwives, fellow Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants. The CNM provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. This includes Labor and Deliver, Post-Partum and Newborn Nursery.

Must be a Certified nurse-midwife, prefer more than 3 years' experience as a midwife.
Must have graduated and licensed in the State of North Carolina and have passed a national exam.
Must be thoroughly familiar with the principles and practice of a Midwife. Must have a general knowledge of the operation and administration of a medical office, well-developed interpersonal and organizational skills and be very reliable. Recognizes and maintains confidentiality of patient records
