    Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - Occupational Therapy Department working at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital in Spokane, WA, employed by Providence St. Luke's Rehabilitation Medical Center

    Under the supervision of a licensed clinician, the OTA (Occupational Therapist Assistant) will treat patients who have difficulty performing work and daily living activities due to injuries, illness, and disabilities. The OTA will work collaboratively with a team that includes other clinicians across disciplines, rehab nurses, and physicians to create the best possible outcome for our patients. All employees are expected to be pleasant, respectful and courteous in all interactions with patients, families, staff, and visitors of the Institute, as well as being a positive representative of the hospital at all times.

    Shift Details: Full Time, Day Shift, 40 hours each week

    Required qualifications:

    • Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement
    • Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant License upon hire
    • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Certified with AOTA
    • Recent applicable clinical experience
