Providence is calling a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (1.0 FTE, Day Shift) to work at Providence Marianwood in Issaquah, Washington.

Job description:

Assist patients with prescribed occupational/physical therapies. In collaboration with others, carry out an individualized, comprehensive, and patient centered Plan of Care in accordance with current applicable Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations as may be directed by the Physical or Occupational Therapist, Rehabilitative Services Manager, and/or Director of Patient Care Services.

Required qualification:

• 6 months Long-term care or related geriatric and/or rehabilitative experience.
• Required upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant License
• Required upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

About the Team

Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.

HCC provides a full range of services and support for people of all ages, especially those facing chronic or life-limiting illnesses. Our core competencies include restorative care, longitudinal care and care through the end of life.
